Since 2002

A quiet company with twenty-four years under the Cyprus sun.

EcoSun Ltd was founded in 2002 to research, design and install photovoltaic systems. We have done that, and only that, ever since.

Our story

Solar was a novelty in 2002. We treated it as a craft.

When EcoSun started, photovoltaics in Cyprus were rare and poorly understood. We learned the engineering properly, chose materials that would last, and installed systems that are still generating today.

Over 24 years the incentives changed many times, from feed-in tariffs to net metering and, in 2026, to net billing. The technology changed too. What did not change is how we work: top-quality materials, installed by qualified technicians, for maximum performance and durability.

We are based in Limassol and we serve the whole island, in English, Greek and Russian.

What we stand for

Four things we have never cut corners on

In-house technicians

Our installations are carried out by our own qualified technicians, not a rotating cast of subcontractors.

Materials that last

We specify quality components chosen for durability in the Cyprus climate, so a system installed today is still working in twenty years.

Honest advice

We size systems for what actually pays under today's rules, and we tell you when solar is not the right answer.

Your language

Limassol is a multilingual city. We work with you in English, Greek or Russian, from first call to aftercare.
